Modern maintenance organisation with more than 30 years of experience

CAT flyservice, established in 1979, began with the maintenance of in-house aircraft fleet, comprising piston engine aeroplanes and helicopters.

However quickly other aviation organisations and private aircraft owners, discovered that our work was unique and well-proven. Today our business has expanded significantly to service and maintain a large fleet of aircraft in Denmark.

We take pride in maintaining and servicing our customers and our own aircraft in a fast, safe and cost-effective way.

Our many years of experience have taught us over and over again that our customers appreciate the fact we offer fast repair and maintenance services. Our unique and proven maintenance administration system ensures safe management and overview, transparency and documentation in the maintenance process.

Most aircraft owners have experienced that their aircraft being stranded in a foreign place – in Denmark or abroad. Should this happen to you, we can quickly provide support and service. Our skilled mechanics can quickly remedy faults and defects, take immediate action and get you flying again!

Our employees have many years of experience in the aviation industry.

They have seen and heard most things and can, therefore, solve the tasks quickly, accurately and effectively. That is for sure.

All our aircraft engineers have EASA Part 66 licenses. Our maintenance organisation is EASA Part-145 approved. Thus meaning we are able to perform scheduled and unplanned maintenance on aircraft we service.

PART-145

EASA Part-145 authorization is required for companies that perform maintenance and issue airplane release certificates with a maximum certified take-off mass of less than 5700 kg.

Our chain of command is short and fast. This makes it easy to make right and effective decisions on our clients’ behalf and to meet the agreed deadlines.

PILATUS PC-12

Our services include Base & Line overhaul, 300, 600, 900, 1200, 2400 hours inspection, annual inspection and various components. In addition, management of Airworthiness and Service Bulletins, repair and in-house CAMO department.

CAMO

Our Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) is certified and has a Part M approval. This means that we can control and maintain both our own and external aircraft and helicopters, and issue the Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC).
